Dallas Update: August 6th - Dallas fans, I have been hard at work organizing a united rally of Howard Stern show fans. Mark this date on your calendars: Fri. August 15, from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. outside the Eagle studios on Las Colinas in Irving. I don't care whether you like me or not- this is your chance to show the local media that you- the Dallas listeners- are angry and unhappy that Nationwide has decided to pull the plug on the show. This is a totally voluntary effort on everyone's part- including mine. Kathy and Kelly from Save Our Stern (SOS) have been working nonstop on this project for the past two months. I know that many of you are bummed out about not being able to listen to the show on a daily basis, but this is no time to be discouraged. I pray every day that you residents of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area will soon be able to listen to the show live once again. That's why it's so important that I see all of you on the 15th. I plan on hitting Deep Ellum and Lowest Greenville- with my signs- on the evenings of Aug. 13 and 14, so look out for me. On the evening of the 15th, I will be at the Cowboys football game- look for me at the tailgate parties! I will have my laptop with me, so all Dallas fans can feel free to E-mail me at my hotel suite. There is a hotline # that you can call in Dallas for updates- 214-892-9840. Howard has not been discussing Dallas too much, and that makes perfect sense, since Dallas listeners cannot hear the show live for the time being. I hope to see all of you at the rally on the 15th. Keep the faith! See you ! Melrose Larry Green
