Dallas Update:

August 12th -

Tomorrow morning at 8:30 a.m., I leave LA for Dallas, with a stopover in Denver. I arrive at DFW on United Airlines at 3:12 p.m., and Mr. Bob Weir, a big fan of the show, has graciously agreed to pick me up at the airport and give me a ride to my hotel. Although many people have offered me a room in their houses, I am much more comfortable in a hotel room. I can function a lot better that way.

On Thursday night I hope to get together with many of you in an informal setting, call the SOS hotline at 214-892-9840 for more info. As I previously mentioned, I will have my laptop with me, so people can feel free to E-mail me throughout my stay in Dallas.

Response to the hot line has been pretty good. Of course, no one knows until Friday at 6 a.m. outside the Eagle studios in Irving, how big a crowd we will have. Certainly, any crowd we get will be a tribute to you the Dallas fans, who unfortunately are left holding the bag.

So, I advise everyone who cares about the show to be at the rally on Fri. Aug. 15 from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. outside the Eagle studios in Irving.
